With car ownership in China continues to increase, the more serious problem of environmental pollution caused by vehicle exhaust emissions, especially diesel exhaust contains soot particles (Particulate Matter), not only have an impact on air quality, but also on human body. It has posed a serious health threat. PM2.5particles cause illness, which has been increasing, has caused widespread concern around the world, including China. A positive view of this situation, the countries are taken response measures and the gradual introduction of the relevant laws and regulations be strictly limited to diesel exhaust PM emissions of substances. However, these provisions also caused some diesel vehicles could not be used because the emissions can’t meet its requirements, which caused inconvenience to the people living at the same time also a huge waste of resources. To solve this problem, this paper, through high temperature carbonization micron wood fiber as the filter quality of diesel exhaust adsorption filter to reduce the content of PM emissions to air, and at the same time to conduct in-depth study of the adsorption process and principle.This paper first introduces the various measures taken at home and abroad for the purification of diesel exhausts now, and analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages, also explained the scientific nature of carbonized micron wood fiber as a filter quality. And detailed description of the core theory-Monte Carlo method, after the use of this theory of carbonized micron wood fiber filter in-depth study of the adsorption process of the PM, combined with the grand canonical ensemble theory, be a detailed description of the entire simulation process and the number concentration, eventually combined with specific experimental operation to determine carbonized micron wood fiber the filter quality filtration PM feasibility, provide the oretical support for the future promotion for this kind of device.
