| At present, the preparative methods for core-shell miscrosphere are Physical VaporDeposition, Chemical Vapor Deposition, sputtering electroless deposition, electroplating, et al.In order to satisfy the requirements of fusion target diversification of laser InertialConfinement Fusion, electroplating is studied and discussed to relatively better to meetexperimental necessary of ICF.The electroplating setup of miscrosphere have been designed and prepared on the basisof miscrosphere of litter weight floating on the solution. The setup is simple and convenient toplate, and thickness of deposit is controllable. The surface of hollow polystyrenemicrospheres is electrodeposited Au and Cu after electric disposal to prepare core-shellmiscrosphere, the main content following:Electrodepositing technique follows Faraday Law: hollow polystyrene microspheres areelectric disposed by magnetron sputter plating due to hollow polystyrene microspherecontacting with cathode is cathode.The hollow polystyrene/Au core-shell microspheres of low roughness have beenprepared by the system of electrodepositing Au of sulfite. Then the microspheres are analyzedsurface topography of whole microsphere, roughness, component and thickness by SEM, EDS,AFM, et al. The studies indicate that Au film wraps well hollow polystyrene microsphere,which keeps spherical symmetry by25℃, rotate speed of150rpm, the pH value of8.5,andcurrent density of2.5mAcm-2. The average roughness is6.137nm. Then the rate ofelectrodepositing is5.6μm/h.After electrodepositing Au, hollow polystyrene/Au-Cu double shells microspheres havebeen prepared by the system of electrodepositing Cu of pyrophosphate. Then themicrospheres are studied surface topography of whole microsphere, the size of crystal grain,component and thickness by SEM, EDS, XRD. The results indicate that the crystal grain ofthe Cu film not only on the surface of hollow polystyrene/Au microsphere is fine, the averagesize is19nm, but also the Au film combines with the Cu film very well. The rate ofelectrodepositing is6.12μm/h. It is prepared that the hollow polystyrene/Au-Cu double shellsmicrosphere, whose roughness and surface finish is better, keeps spherical symmetry well.Consequently, double-shell target is prepared to lay a good foundation for ICF. |
