| In the light of the problems on water supply and drainage and sewage treatment existing in the production process of Guixi Smelter, Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd., the water saving and emissions reduction as well as waste water comprehensive treatment are carried out (preliminary design). The thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter1"introduction" expounds the significance of water saving and emissions reduction and wastewater treatment, and summarizes the present situation of research and practice of water saving and emissions reduction and waste water treatment at home and abroad. Chapter2"introduction to the design" introduces the corporate profiles, project profiles, the basis and conditions of the reconstruction project, design principles, main contents and budgetary estimation of the project investment. Chapter3"water saving and emission reduction" presents the current situation and existing problems of water supply and drainage, puts forward the concrete implementation plan and the main contents of water saving and emissions reduction, analyzes the improvements in water supply and drainage of the enterprice after water saving and emissions reduction are conducted. chapter4"Wastewater Comprehensive Treatment" analyses the current situation of wastewater emissions, wastewater treatment and existing problems needed to resolve in the company, proposes corresponding measures for treating different kinds of wastewater caused by various systems or units in the enterprise, elabrates the main contents of the wastewater treatment in detail, and finally analyses the effect of wastewater treatment. Chapter5"Conclusions and Suggestions" analyzes the effects of water saving and emissions reduction as well as wastewater comprehensive treatment after the project ends, at the same time, finds out the problems still existing in the engineering, and then puts forward reasonable suggestions. |
