However, treatment processes of pig Slaughtering Wastewater can furtherimprove, Considering resources recoveryã€economyã€stability and sanitary conditions ofSewage Treatment Station.This paper put forward Combined Technology of pre-anaerobic tank, coagulationprecipitation and A/O, which is used to treat pig Slaughtering Wastewater. Comparedwith the traditional process, The innovative points of the technology is front-facingproduced biogas recovery of energy. Firstly, pig Slaughtering Wastewater is suitable toanaerobic treatment because of high concentration of organic matter,which containslarge of bloodiness, fat mass, meat crumbs, Visceral sundry, Undigested food, feces,and so on. Secondly, Produced biogas can replace diesel or coal, which can save moneyfor the enterprise and bring great commerce benefits. Additionly, with the frontanaerobic biogas production process, the "grid" can be cancel. And grid slag (visceralsundry, meat scraps of sundry) will be fermented with directly entering into the methanepool. Therefore, it will eliminates the situation of poor sanitation condition,and omitssinotrans grid slag disposal expenses.According to design point, operation parameters, the boot process, processoperation characteristics, technical and economic indicators, etc. this paper summarizestechnical characteristics and economics of combined technology ofpre-anaerobic tank, coagulation precipitation and A/O-a case study of DongGuanDaLang pig fixed-point abattoir wastewater treatment project. The design discharge is250m3/d,and the average influent concentrations of COD, BOD, NH3-N, SS wererespecticely3400mg/L,1600mg/L,240mg/L and1000mg/L.For Anaerobic processusing CSTR reactor,the THR take5days,the removal rate of chemical oxygen demandwas65%,and the average flow rate of methane was800m3/d;for A/O Process, theremoval rate of chemical oxygen demand was90%and the load of chemical oxygendemand was0.85kgCOD/m3d. The discharge indices of Live-pig SlaughteringWastewater using the above combination process can meet “meat processing industrial water pollution discharge standard"(GB13457-92) level of emission standards, and theproduced biogas can meet the requirement of enterprises. The process can operate easily,run safely, obtain better benefit and produce much biogas. The area〠totalinvestment〠water running cost per ton and benefit of methane per year of the projectwere respectivly260m2,5666yuan.1.27yuan, and166400yuan.Using the above combined technology to treat pig Slaughtering WastewaterPollution, it can recycle resourceã€save energy〠protect environmentã€obtain somebenefit, and improve futher sanitary conditions of Sewage Treatment Station. |
