Application Of GSK988T Control To Research And Development Of CNC TK36S Lathe

The main purpose of this paper is to research and develop realization methods usedfor applying GSK988T control to TK36S CNC turning machine. Firstly it introduces thecharacteristics and performance of GSK988T control; Secondly it analyses the technicaldata of TK36S CNC turning machine and feasibility of expanded development on themachine; Finally main procedures to study is set as follows:The first stage is to designstep by step and select configuration;The second stage is to code through the spindle,tool, chuck, the protective door control plentiful ladder chart software, test and maintain;The last stage is to complete through the field experiment, accurrcy test, spindletemperarure rise and test a practical processing comprehensive verification of allperformance indicators of the whole machine. This paper, in the end accomplishesconversion of application of GSK988T control to TK36S CNC machine from theoreticanalysis to real production.
