| With the development of computer science and control science,the scale and complexity of textile machinery equipment have increased rapidly.On the one hand,certain failures in the equipment may cause the failure or even catastrophic consequences of the equipment;on the other hand,the company adds a lot of time and money for the maintenance of the equipment.In order to extend equipment life and reduce operating costs,research and development of a supervisory system that integrates real-time production monitoring with fault prediction has become an urgent need for factory automation.Therefore,this topic has an important topic significance.Based on in-depth research and consulting of various research results and literatures at home and abroad,the needs of the warp knitting machine production real-time monitoring and fault prediction system were analyzed,and the key technologies used in the system were studied in detail.The real-time monitoring and fault prediction system for warp knitting machine production has been realized.The main work and main results obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)Through the investigation and feasibility analysis of the company’s on-site production requirements,the user characteristics,data descriptions and functional requirements of the system are analyzed in detail.In light of the environmental characteristics of the warp knitting machine production site,this article presents a field production of the warp knitting machine.Real-time monitoring system architecture,and designing a practical and feasible system implementation scheme that meets customer requirements,laying the foundation for realizing warp knitting machine fault prediction;(2)In order to provide diversified and high-quality service quality,combining the production process management requirements of warp knitting machine,statistical analysis of production history data from different dimensions and levels,designed and implemented a database system,based on which,Diversified ways to display warp knitting machine production capacity;(3)By analyzing the nature of warp knitting machine faults,classification and various indicators affecting Warp Knitting machine fault prediction,the Warp Knitting MachineFailure Prediction Framework was constructed,and the main component analysis method was used to analyze various types of indicators affecting warp knitting machine fault prediction.Dimensionality reduction and construction of warp knitting machine fault prediction model based on distance discriminant,so as to realize warp knitting machine fault prediction;(4)Based on the requirements of real-time monitoring and fault prediction for warp knitting machine production in a textile factory,the C++ programming language language,Microsoft MFC basic class library,TeeChart chart component library,and ADO database access technology were used to develop the real-time monitoring and failure of warp knitting machine production.The forecasting system has been field tested and the functions have reached expectations,demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the system. |
