On The Legal Remedy System Of Environmental Rights

Environment is the material basis on which the human species depend forexistence and development.Since the scale of the pollution disruption of environmentdeveloped into problems of gobal concern,the two important indexes in measuring thelevel of nationl economic development of a country.The study of environment issuesis of vital importantce in the establishiment of the plans of national development,thestructures of industry and energy,and the production and arrangement of industry andagriculture.that is why there have been many experts and scholars at home and inabroad in relation to the study of environmental problems.Some of them have madecomparative studies of the systems of different countries;some of them have studiedthe accusations of environmental crimes dealing with criminal laws,while someothers have made concrete analyses of the environmental situation of a country byusing experimental materials.Proceeding from the particular cultural perspective ofenvironmental rights,this article has attempted to analyze gradual changes of therelationship between the human species and environment.Also,it has expounded theemergence,the cultural interpretation and the content of environmental rights.Basedon that,it continues to discuss serious injurious act—several related problems inenvironmental crimes---against environmental right.It has particularly analyzed thelegislative operation concerning environmental crimes in our coutry.Theenvironmental issue concerns the overall situation of the development of ourcountry.In view of this,the article has explored spenificly strategies of environmentalcrimes prevention,which are expected to theoretical guidance on the effectiveprotection of environmental rights.
