| As living standards and consumption levels rise, consumers’ requirements for fitpants become higher and higher. Consumers emphasize its beauty at the same timepay more attention to its comfort. This requests us to to meet the demand studing fromthe structure’s beauty and comfort.This thesis aims at the structural optimization of fitted trousers, starting from thebasic theory of trousers shape, with lower limb morphology structure as thefoundation, the structue design theory of fitted trousers as the basis, using the researchmethod of combining theory with practice, the material and the process of combining,optimize fitted pants’ structure, improve the appearance, fitting and comfort of actionwith the combining of material and technology.In this paper, the research work and results are mainly in the following fouraspects:1ã€There are two problems that lateral fold accumulation below the hip andoblique fold in the side of the hip.Based on the correct cognition of human lowerextremity features, the author carried on the thorough analysis of these two problemsIn the aspect of theory. The author could get these reasons are respectively the lengthof the trousers was needed to add capacity In the convex parts of the hip can’t be putdirectly in the corresponding parts and the lateral seam have unbalanced force afterthe trousers piece.2ã€By using surface stripping method to get the original pants flatteningdeformation experiment,the author validated the previous theoretical analysis. Bycomparing the original trousers after flattening with conventional trousers before theimprovement,the range of the key parameters are as follows: upline of waist is2cm to2.5cmã€posterior median line is60to70ã€the dumping of side seam for the back pantspiece is2cm to2.5cm;the crutch and the Inside seam top of the back pants pieceshould be opened as more as possible at the same time;another one is to optimize thestructure by cutting the posterior median line. 3ã€The author got two kinds of schemes for improvement of the fit pantsthrough summarizing.one is to change the parameters of key parts of the structure onthe basis of conventional trousers with the help of technology,another is to optimizethe fit pants by dividing crease line of the trousers.4ã€Two programs were made, followed by dressing test, to verify the aboveoptimization results by the method of attitude scale.Make the selection of the staticand dynamic evaluation index based on the analysis of garment evaluation elements;through the subjective wear test, verify whether the two fitted trousers has beenoptimized from the general appearance and comfort of the trousers.These two kinds ofschemes have a certain role in improvement of the fitted pants, especially the latter.The experimental datas were analyzed by using SPSS software. Combined with theprocess and material factors,make a analysis of its impact on fitted pants. Thetechnique improvement on the pants is effective;the fabric ductility has a certaineffect in the pressure comfort of trousers,we should consider it.On the basis of absorbing the previous theory and practical experience, this papercarried out a series of innovation. Through the lower limb mannequin copy from theoriginal pants, then make a comparison with the conventional pants, trousers wereoptimized, the static body fitted trousers body suitability and dynamic comfort werealso improved. |
