There is no good solution for treatment of industrial waste alkali in domestic andabroad, except the reasonable discharge and storage. No more involved with alkaliwaste backfill large salt cavity problems. Due to the adsorption of water to industrialalkali waste retention capability is very strong, it need four or five years or evenlonger time for natural air-dry. And the large salt cavern filled with brine, put thealkali waste slurry backfill to cavity, because of its small particle size, light, andBrown motion is more effective than gravity and suspension sedimentation difficult inbrine. Fill the cavity made to compressive strength is also low, effects of land use andcreate economic value. This paper researched the flocculant of alkali waste slurry firstly. By usinganionic to modify polyacrylamide as flocculant, particle of the alkali waste slurry is inthe charge neutralization and bridging action. Form larger flocs to make it easier tosettlement and consolidation in the brine. At the same time, in order to enhance thecompressive strength of alkali waste, through the water glass, sodium fluoride, cementadditive, make it and alkali waste slurry particle gel formation to achieve increasedstrength. Conclusion from experiment:(1) When PAM5.0g, Formaldehyde solution5.7g, Sodium bisulfite7.28g, thereaction temperature is60℃, pH9, the reaction time of2~3h. Through the infraredspectrometer were characterized before and after modification of polyacrylamide,Seen comparing the infrared spectra of the matched group, Sulfonic acid groups aregrafted into the polyacrylamide side chain successfully.(2) Compare of3billon,7billon and12billon molecular weight modifiedpolyacrylamide transmission at the same dosage rate curve with the wavelength. When it is0.03g, using7billon molecular weight modified polyacrylamide on slurryplay flocculation effect best. When it is3.00g, Correspond to7billon and12billonmolecular weight of polyacrylamide, Light transmittance with wavelength changed inbetween about50%~70%, Flocculation effect is quite. And the corresponding to amolecular weight of3billon molecular weight modified polyacrylamide, Lighttransmittance with wavelength changed in between about45%~65%. The flocculation effect is relatively poor. And when the content is0.15g,0.30g and1.50g respectively, the corresponding curve is close to in the use of a molecular weight of7billonmodified polyacrylamide. And in time using the12billon molecular weightpolyacrylamide modified by different, the flocculation effect changes greatly. Therefore, the final selection of7billon molecular weight modified polyacrylamideflocculant.(3) Test sedimentation experiment of alkali waste in the1000ml cylinder. By thechange curve of slurry volume with time, comparing the effect of flocculation on thealkali waste slurry before and after modified polyacrylamide. The ratio of pulp finalvolume and initial volume can explain the effect of modified polyacrylamide on thecompactness of the alkali waste slurry.(4) For the alkali waste slurry flocculation better formulation is:Alkali waste300g; The standard30g/100ml concentration of saturated brine in salt water, total of400ml; Modified polyacrylamide1.50g.(5) By the addition of water glass, sodium fluoride and cement reinforcing agentto study their effect on the strength of alkali waste. Using the compressor andvane-shear apparatus determine the sedimentation of the compressive strength andshear strength. The results show that water glass, sodium fluoride and cement asadditives to enhance can improve the strength of alkali waste. Cement can achievebetter enhancement effect alone. Integrated effects and economic costs to consider, optimum adding amount is polyacrylamide1.5g, water glass3.0g, sodium fluoride20.00gThe topic provides a new idea for sludge reclamation fill cavity, expand theapplication field of waste alkali waste, conducive to environmental protection.
