Photosynthetic bacteria bacterial microorganisms, it is mainly the use of solar energy, lowerorganic matter under anaerobic conditions photosynthesis, the synthetic bacterial organic growth,reproduction, photosynthetic bacteria bacteria rich in effective nutrients, human nutrition food good rawmaterial. In this paper, the preparation of solid photosynthetic bacteria and its nutritional, functional andsafety, the aim of food to provide a reference for photosynthetic bacteria used in the human bodyfunctions.Paper using single factor experiment and orthogonal test, t test and analysis of variance method,for each project, the research results are as follows:Using orthogonal test Screening photosynthetic bacteria liquid medium, its composition andconditions are as follows: of soybean of1.5g/L, CH3COONa2.5g/L, NaHCO32.0g/L,temperature30°C, pH8.0, inoculum size10%, light intensity3500lx, distilled water1000ml.The orthogonal test solid photosynthetic bacteria optimal culture conditions: pH value of8.0and atemperature of35°C,3000lx illumination, incubation time of96hours.Derived by comparing the determination of photosynthetic bacteria of the solid and medium rawmaterials, the nutrients: solid photosynthetic bacteria most nutrients than the the medium base materialhave. Coenzyme Q10content increased by13.85%, protein content increased by2.89%, a0.51%increase in the total amino acid content.Vitamin content were higher than the pre-fermentation, whereinthe the VB12content of change is particularly obvious,114.69%higher than the pre-fermentation.Hypoxia tolerance in mice experimental results show that: the test substance group compared withthe control group, the survival time, the statistical difference was significant (P <0.05), thus determiningsolid photosynthetic bacteria hypoxia role.The acute toxicity tests in rats and mice with solid photosynthetic bacteria, photosyntheticbacteria feed solid addition level of40%, LD50=45000>15000(mg/kg.body weight), after14daysof feeding, the results showed normal initial determine solid photosynthetic bacteria safe and non-toxic.Sub-chronic toxicity test in rats and mice with solid photosynthetic bacteria, photosyntheticbacteria feed solid dosage of26%at90days after feeding their clinical examination, blood tests, liverfunction tests, biopsy and liver and kidney body than measuring results show that animal targets werewithin the normal range, and therefore held that non-toxic solid photosynthetic bacterium.
