with the rapic development of the city of Kunming and industrial production, the problem of Dianchi lake's contamination is serious day by day, the Dianchi's government is imperatived.Deal with the problem.the fundamental measure is three aspests carries on government and controlment from pollutionsource - pollution shift way - terminal pollution(endogenesis),reduction nitrogen ,nutrients and so on phosphorus.repaired injured aquatic condition system,realizes beneficial cycle of the water , improves the waterquality finally. This research in analysis and summary Biological Reserve Techonology foundation of existing domestic and foreignal now, Unifies Grass sea of the Dianchi's water quality, with the Photosynthetic bacteria(for short PSB) is main material,and cooperation plunge into fish.by doing Laogan pond's small scale test and Yongchang pond's expansion experiment,for Biological Reserve of the aquatic condition system to prospose used theartificial method "PSB +injured aquatic condition + fish+ aquatic plant" the technical pattern.Through the PSB in the experiment, which is to the damaged aquatic ecosystem in Laogan pond, in the relative closed water, which can effectively decompose some organic pollution from water at short time, such as TN and TP, etc. And wipe off NH3-N ,and enrich the DO. And it can accelerate the hydrophyte rehabilitation and growth in a certain period of time, and help to exist for aquatic, which is a better medium of rehabilitate food chain of the water and establish the balance of ecosystem.Black and funk of water body can be wiped off in a short time , increasing dissolved oxygen and transparency , and controlling the breed of cyanophyta, build up the primary food chain quickly in the water body, and increasing the species and number of plankton, avail fish growing and rehab biodiversity when environment condition is satisfied, through the photosynthetic bacteria in bioremediation, which is to the damaged aquatic ecosystem in Caohai Rongchang pond of Dianchi Lake. In the meantime, the eliminated percentage of the total nitrogen(TN) in water body can reach to 3.42%~78.04%, and suspended substance can reach to 38.26%~90.63%, and chlorophyll can reach to 41.76%~83.91%, and the degradative percentage of the total phosphorus (TP) can reach to 15.38%~ 72.92%, and chemical oxygen demand (COD) is 56.50%~14.50% , and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) is 1.27%~29.98%.There is obvious function to decrease the nourishment material from the bottom of the water body.According to the principles of the food chain and biological manipulation, it just started to solute the damaged aquatic ecosystem in Caohai of Dianchi Lake using the method of direct adding. On the basis of the datum of experiments and expand tests, under the conditions of scientific engineering measures, the technic has a good prospect in the field of relatively stable sewage treatment, especially treating the urban parks and landscape water.
