Since the1980s, the Chinese tea culture has embarked on the road to revive. The tea cultureresearch and spread have been growing vigorously, which dramatically accelerated the development oftea discipline and industry and the popularity of tea culture. Due to objective reasons, however, thebusiness model of tea culture was always behind the development of the tea industry. The cultural aristoparty depending on drinking tea has become popular in recent years. It’s a modern tea party that iscombined tea with other cultures and is different from the traditional tea forum, but inheriting theancient elites gathering. With the increasing efforts of all sectors of society to promote the spread of teaculture, and the tea party in the form of tea has become a new social contact model and also a vital wayto spread tea cultures in today’s society. This study aimed at summarizing the development status of teaparty with different theme at home and abroad at the present. Finally, a modern tea party planning modewhich is suitable for business promotion was concluded through investigating the commercialpromotion model of the modern tea party.
