Synthesis of conjugated eneynes.2. The synthesis of2-(arylthio)arylcyanamides via copper-catalyzed reaction. As carbon-carbon double bonds can be transformed into a vast array of other functional groups, alkenes are among the most important and versatile organic compounds. While many simpler alkenes are commercial, those with multi-substituted groups are generally less available. The controlled addition of two groups across an alkyne triple bond is an important strategy for the synthesis of these olefins. Conjugated enynes have been extensively used for molecular assembly, synthesis of bioactive compounds, and preparation of novel macrocycles.2-(arylthio)-aromatic cyanamide has the potential drug activities. So it is deserved to studing how to synthetize them. Coupling reaction is a kind of very popular and important organic reaction. It is a key important synthetic method to build carbon-carbon bonds and carbon-heteroatom bonds. The Pd(OAc)2-catalyzed reaction of terminal arylalkynes and allyl ethers were successfully applied for synthesis of eneyne. And N-(2-(phenylthio)phenyl) cyanamides were synthetized from iodobenzenes and2-aminobenzothiazoles using CuI as catalyst. The contents of this dissertation are summarized as follows:(1) Recent progresses in the synthesis of conjugated eneyne and2-(Arylthio)arylcyanamides were described.(2) Pd(â…¡)-catalyzed dehydrogenative olefination of terminal arylalkynes with allylic ethers to access (Z)-1,3-enynes. This method has the advantages of convenient operation, mild condition and high efficiency.(3) A novel method to synthetize2-(arylthio)arylcyanamides from iodobenzene and2-aminobenzothiazoles via copper-catalyzed reaction. This method has the advantages of simple operation, high yields. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | palladium, conjugated eneyne, arylalkynes, allylicethers, 2-(arylthio)arylcyanamides | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
