This reactionavoids the lost of separation intermediately product and resources waste,This reaction accords with the concept of green chemistry. Main contentsare as follows:Under the condition of palladium catalyst,using multipleeneyne as raw materials by intramolecular hydrogen aromatization buildsubstituted fluorenone and fluorenol skeleton.Under130℃,Pd(OAc)2as catalyst〠DMF as solventã€3-bromine propiolic as promoter.Afteractivation of C-H and C-C coupling can formed fluorenone and fluorenolskeleton in one step.I get14substituted fluorenone and11substitutedfluorenol. At the same time also studied the reaction substrate adaptabilityand electronic effect of the influence of the reaction products yield. Allproducts was characterized by by IR, NMR, and HRMS. Ten typicalsingle crystal structure of the products was determined by X-ray singlecrystal analysis.This reaction starting materials is simple, simple synthesismethod, the substrate of high adaptability, high yield. Because offluorenone and fluorenol as raw material of functional polymer monomer,so the response is expected to be applied to the development of polymermaterials, and widely used. |
