With the rapid development of science and technology, research and development of amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy powders and powder products, thin film materials, composite materials, and other new material will have a great potential impact on the electronic-magnetic industry. Along with the rubber base-doped amorphous soft magnetic materials in the application of magnetic sensors increasing, people on silicone base magnetic properties of amorphous iron-base alloy test and study on the application of the growing interest in high.This topic mainly research on silicone doping FeCuNbSiB amorphous nanometer magnetic pressure stability of the soft magnetic thin film materials, and the content of amorphous powder in different magnetic differences of different pressure. And the magnetostrictive effect is studied and compared.Research results show that,mechanical blend and precision casting pressure hot forming method is adopted with magnetic and magnetic elasticity can be prepared to good FeSiB amorphous powder/silicone rubber flexible composite film; Under the same test frequency, the composite thin film of SI%value increases with the increase of compressive stress; Under the same compressive stress, composite film|△Z|and SI%value decreases with the increase of test frequency; As in composite membrane FeSiB the increase of the content of amorphous powder|△Z|and SI%value increase significantly, when the film crystal powder content is83.3%, the magnetic pressure can be best; Within the scope of the experiment, FeSiB amorphous powder/silicone rubber composite film in the test frequency is below100KHZ, the compressive stress of0-1.455MPa range, and FeSiB amorphous powder content was83.3wt%can show excellent magnetic pressure. Powder content is higher, the silicone rubber matrix composite thin film magnetic elastic energy. When the powder content is the same amount, the magnetic field intensity is less than0.1T, ultrafine powder Fe78Si13B9/silicone rubber composite film hysteresis expansion amount of basic same, in the magnetic field strength is greater than0.1T in gradient distribution. Amorphous powder content is10%of the film’s biggest magnetostrictive coefficient of4.2parts per million (PPM), amorphous powder content is30%of the film’s biggest magnetostrictive coefficient of4.3parts per million (PPM), amorphous powder content is70%of the film’s biggest magnetostrictive coefficient of4.5PPM.
