Sensor is the first link in the implementation of test and automatic control. Magneto-elastic sensor is a new type of sensor in the world in recent years. The choice of magnetic materials is a key technology to be solved on magneto-elastic sensor.Some types of soft magnetic composite films based on butyl rubber, were preparated with a series of amorphous and nancrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 soft magnetic alloy powders, and their magnetoelastic properties were studied preliminarily. The influence factors on magnetoelastic properties such as testing frequency, stress, powder's size, powder content, film's thickness, powder's heat-treatment process were studied, and then, the influence of amorphous powders annealing states and test testing temperature was studied. The result shows the films have excellent piezomagnetic properities when frequency being below 200kHz and stress being below 200kPa, and film of thickness 110μm, powder content 75wt% , powder heat-treated in the way of 500℃for 0.5h, has the best piezomagnetic properity. Testing temperature has significantly influence on films' piezomagnetic properties. The films composited with amorphous Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 powders have the best piezomagnetic properties at 40℃,at the same time, the films composited with nano-crystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 powders having the best piezomagnetic properties at 50℃.
