How to use the green chemistry theory to solve the problem of heavy metal pollution in sludgeis one of the hotspot in Environmental Science research.In this paper, according to the international development trend of green chemistry, aiming at thecharacteristics of heavy metal content of sludge in the city high, the residual sludge in Xinxiang batteryproduced by the plant as the research object, on the analysis of the basic properties of sludge and the formof existence basis, Focuses on the extraction process of heavy metals in sludge with the biodegradation ofthe iminodisuccinicacid (ISA). The effects of extraction system for the extraction time, extractiontemperature, PH value, chelating agent usage, add the H3PO4conditions on the extraction of heavy metaleffects, the best extraction conditions obtained.The experimental results show that:(1) ISA has a good effect on the removal of heavy metals in sludge, when the molar ratio of totalheavy metals ISA and sludge in the8:1and in the case of PH=4, the best extraction effect of ISA on sludgein the target of heavy metals, the extraction of heavy metals in sludge in the order of Cd>Ni> Cu.(2) Use the extraction time, temperature,PHvalue, chelating agent and heavy metals in the sludge inthe form of existence is an important factor that influences the effect of heavy metals in sludge extraction.
