Based on liaohe basin as the research object, this paper applied the fuzzy evaluation factor of entropy method and the law of weber-fee cena build water quality evaluation and early warning model of water quality evaluation and early warning research of liaohe river basin. Main research results as follows:1. Entropy weight method based on fuzzy evaluation factors HunHe, TaiZiHe in liaohe river basin, liaohe, liaohe15countries four main control monitoring cross section, and a total of16countries accused of monitoring section of dahuofang reservoir water quality monitoring data of7years from2003to2009in the entropy weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to research on empowerment. Chose the dissolved oxygen (DO), potassium permanganate index (CODMn), chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand5(BOD5), ammonia (NH3-N), total phosphorus (TP) and so on six abiotic representative index as evaluation factors. According to the national surface water environment quality standard (GB3838-2002), the water level at level5.2. Fuzzy entropy weight of evaluation factor method used in comprehensive evaluation of water quality, for multiple monitoring sites for water quality assessment, suitable for the weight of all the points by1times, greatly reducing the monitoring more comprehensive evaluation of the work required.3. Based on reservoir water environment early warning model, to establish the ki values reservoir and comprehensive early warning function relation between the grade, and applied to this model of liaohe river basin reservoir water environment condition has carried on the comprehensive early warning. Results show that COD, TP, TN and NH3-N is ki index calculation value and the water environment quality comprehensive early warning level for power function relationship, its formula is:y=19.411x1.4604,(R2=0.985).Use COD, TP, TN is ki index calculation value and the water environment quality comprehensive early warning level for logarithmic function relationship, its formula is:y=4.66561nx+9.3649,(R2=0.9959). Use COD, TP, NH3-N is ki index calculation value and the water environment quality comprehensive early warning level for logarithmic function relationship, its formula is:y=2.81211nx+8.2784,(R2=0.8662).The ki value was calculated by the whole index and water environment quality comprehensive early warning level for the exponential function relationship, its formula is:y=0.2376e7.2373x,(R2=0.9952). The correlation coefficient were greater than85%, accurate evaluation results.4. Based on W-F law basic theory, the characterization of the reservoir water environmental quality evaluation index of concentration as the external environment stimulation intensity, using the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each evaluation index; With integrated impact index reflecting human feeling intensity, by identifying and integrated impact index function relation between evaluation grades, warning for reservoir water environment quality.
