Coal and gas outburst,dust,roof,water permeability,rock burst and high temperature may occur in coal mine production process.Coal and gas outburst causes the most casualties and property losses,with the increase of mining depth,the situation of penetration prevention is more serious.In order to prevent and control coal and gas outburst,carrying out the corresponding safety evaluation research has guiding significance for the realization of coal mine safety production.As the objective of the safety evaluation is a multiple criteria problem,so the establishment of evaluation index system and calculation of the index weight are an important work.With the application of fuzzy mathematics in safety evaluation,this paper introduces fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)method and entropy weight method to calculate the weights.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of two methods,the FAHP-entropy weight theory is proposed;Then,according to the characteristics of various indicators combined with coal production of the relevant national standards,industry standards and related laws and regulations,standardize procedures and related literatures to quantitative classification of evaluation index,establishing normal membership function to determine the evaluation set,then combining and calculating the weight value of all levels of indicators and the corresponding evaluation set to get the evaluation results.Then these new methods are combined to establish a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.In order to illustrate the effectiveness and rationality of the method,this new evaluation model is applied to assess the security of Jiulishan 16051 coal face.Firstly,the evaluation index system of coal face is established by analyzing the influence index of hazardous factors.Then all indexes’ weights are calculated by the FAHP-entropy weight method.After that,according to the measured data,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to assess the overall security of the coal face and the evaluation result is "safer",and according to the results;this paper designed a safety evaluation system software by using the above evaluation methods and evaluation model,Jiulishan 15081 coal face was used to verify the evaluation software through the field data collection and processing,and the result is "relatively dangerous" and obtained accord with the actual situation,proving that the software can be applied to other coal face.
