Delivery assembly is the final element of printing press. Its effect is hadding over the product from the impression cylinder, the printing procedure is finished when the delivery assembly taking the product to the delivery platen. Delivery uint include taking device, a speed reduction device, anti-smearing device, discharge device,which are widely used in high speed printing machine. In the print collection process, the above4points layout design is very important. In order to meet the modern high-speed printing unit of printing machine speed, delivery unit speed should be improved. So, it is important to ensure the stability of the paper collecting device. While paper chain guide directly determines the delivery stability, the other three parts as the paper is an important part of the paper, the control also nots allow to ignore.The main points in this paper as followed:1. Analysis on modern high speed printing machine part of the principle and the actual situation, to find the most suitable for the production of workers operating mode.2. Analysis of distribution of original chains orbit of printing press.Getting the movement curve of chains through the emulation in Matlab. Finding the existing problems of the distribution of chains orbit of the printing press. Designing the developed form orbit in the "joggling in" and "joggling out" point of chains wheel.
