Research On Transportation Of Liquefied Petroleum Gas In Xinjiang

Xinjiang has an important strategic position in China’s economic development. It is an important energy resource strategic base, is important fulcrum of economic growth in the western region, also is an important gateway opening up. With the in-depth implementation of the western development strategy, based on the energy advantage in Xinjiang, the economy will be developing rapidly.Transportation has always been an important issue in energy development in Xinjiang, which the LPG transportation management there are many more problems. Xinjiang’s special geographical location and transport conditions make some constraints for the LPG transportation, It repeatedly appeared transport capacity shortage affects the inside and outside LPG supply of Xinjiang. There are many management issues in the LPG transport management, such as transportation layout, transportation optimization problems, production and marketing contradictions and problems, transportation options, transportation safety issues, etc. Research and solved to those issues have more significance to improve the transportation capacity of Xinjiang LPG.In this paper, by using a combination of theoretical models and empirical analysis of Xinjiang LPG transportation management situation and development trend had been qualitative and quantitative studied. Firstly, based on the analysis of the layout and existing modes of transport of the transport of LPG in Xinjiang, and through the study on Xinjiang LPG Transport Situation and other infrastructure, the problems existing in the the Xinjiang LPG transportation management and transportation management ideas had been analyzed. Secondly, with the characteristics of the LPG transportation, demand influencing factors in Xinjiang LPG transport were analyzed, and on this basis, a multiple regression analysis prediction model and a residual gray prediction model were build to studied the demand for road transport of LPG in Xinjiang, to forecast the future of the LPG road transport demand. The predict results show that, over the next three years, the demand for road transport of liquefied petroleum gas in Xinjiang will continue to grow. Finally, some rationalized countermeasures for management issues in the transport of LPG in Xinjiang were given, including science transport based on the nature of the product, work well to optimize the transport mode, clear work division in the transportation management etc.
