Oil is an important non-renewable resource,it is a strategic material that have much relationship with our national economy’security and social development. Oil also plays an irreplaceable role to ensure the long-term and stable development of national economy. However, China’s oil production can only meet1/3of the domestic demand, we need to import the left2/3of our need. Therefore, on one hand we are actively looking for foreign oil resource and on the other hand we try to enhance domestic oil exploration and increase oil production. Therefore, we use the project management theory to speed up the construction progress of oil production, the use of which not only has real economic meaning in petroleum enterprises, but also has far-reaching political significance to ensure national oil safety, meanwhile the study also has certain reference significance to the similar project.In this paper, we take Yanchang oilfield Ma’anshan oil gathering station as an example,we give a brief introduction of the Ma’anshan oil gathering station’general project conditions, project characters and project implementation and operation situations, the dialectical relationship between project schedule control and investment control, the dialectical relationship between the project schedule control and quality control.Then we use project management theory and method to analyses Ma’anshan oil collecting station project schedule management. Through we decomposite the project schedule control target and work task, and draw project schedule and other means, we determine to divide the whole project into two large parts. One is the crude oil dewatering project, the other project include boiler room, sewage treatment and water injecting project, in which the crude oil dewatering project last for305days, the boiler room, sewage treatment and water supply project last for350days. In the two sections, the major projects that restrict the durations are: the tank base, oil production installation, boiler room, pump room, equipment construction, equipment based on1000m3tank retaining wall slope protection. Therefore, in order to ensure the entire Ma’anshan oil gathering station project complete on schedule we must promise these key projects complete on time. After find the key points which constrain the duration of the project, the program department adopt a series of measures such as: improve drawing designã€equipment and material supplyã€management and technique.Through these efforts the project not only complete with high quality, also allow for25days ahead of schedule. |
