With the increasing pressure of resource depletion and environmental pollution,sustainable development has become the core competitiveness of enterprises and evencountries. The low carbon economy has grabbed concern because of trend of globalwarming. And low carbon supply chain is imperative. Product recycling is the coreidea of sustainable development, and is also an effective way to achieve a low-carbonsupply chain. Recycling of waste products is a key link in the recycling of wasteproducts, especially in our China whose recycling system is not perfect. Therefore, itis of a certain practical significance to make research on recycling ways.Network development, especially the development of e-commerce, has greatlyfacilitates the work and life of the people, and it also has driven and produced a seriesof new industrial development model. And the enterprise of online collection of wasteproducts is one of the innovative models of E-commerce applying. Based on thecurrent online collection mode, this paper further established a new online recyclingmode based on E-commerce platform. And it studied the vehicle routing problems ofthis mode. The specific are as follows.1.Based on the current online collection of waste product in Shanghai, a newonline recycling mode based on E-commerce platform oriented low carbon wasestablished. Firstly, it analyzed the supply chain composition, recycling process,advantage and supporting factor of this mode. Secondly, it analyzed the integration ofthe three flows including information flow, material flow and fund flow and alsoanalyzed the design of platform structure. At last, it analyzed the logistics process andfound out the key point of the logistics operation, as is the vehicle routing problemswith time windows.2.It described the concept and classification of the vehicle routing problems withtime windows and focused on the analysis of algorithm for vehicle routing problemswith time windows. And the tabu search algorithm was selected to be the solutionalgorithm for this paper’s problem.3.It firstly established a vehicle routing problems model for the online recyclingmode oriented low carbon. This model goal was to minimize the vehicle traveldistance and to maximize customer satisfaction. And then a parallel multi-objectiveMATLAB search algorithm which had a new fitness function was used as the best solution to solve the specific model..4.A simulation which included three cases (R101, C101, RC101) of Solomonwas used to describe three different steps of online recycling. Specific Pareto optimalsolution and best vehicle paths were got through the MATLAB process. And it alsoverified the applicability and suitability of established algorithm by results analyzing.
