Research on Mine cementitious materials is a new research field developed with fillingmining technology. Since the1950s, a lot of research work were done by domestic andforeign scientific research workers and excellent results were achieved. The main method isto use solid wastes be provided with potential activity, and enable them to achieve minecementitious materials standards through the physical and chemical excitation method.A new type of cementitious materials were developed for filling body strength was lowmade by unclassified milltailings-cemen at the iron mine. New type of cementitiousmaterials chose slag as raw materials, it was milled to specified fineness, lime and plaster asexciting agent. Research has experienced four stages: in the first stage, cement clinker,gypsum, lime, solid paohuajian, caustic soda and early strength agent were chosen asexcitation agent, and then reasonable excitation agent selection and dosage general valuerange through the constrained uniform formula experiment; In the second stage, twooptimal scheme, a is without cement1#formula, the second is the cement of2#formula,were concluded through the range analysis, regression analysis, and other means, andcarried out a lot of gum sand experiment by orthogonal experimental design; In the thirdstage, new cementing material producted by inspection half industrialized was testedwhether can reappear laboratory preparation of new cementing material performancethrough the development of pilot test. Through the pilot experiment, because the2#formula content4%of cement, it was hard to blending in the mixing process, thus2#formula was rejected, and finally the1#formula was chosen as the final project; In thefourth stage, according to the1#recipe plan, new cementing material was produced inindustrialization, and then its performance was test in mine.Experiments above, showed that the strength of filling body made by new cementingmaterial was2times than filling body made by cement. The most outstanding characteristicof new type of cementitious material was the fast hoisting speed of strength, and blockstrength could reach1mpa or so on curing age7days, fully satisfied cementitious materialsrequirements of mine filling.In order to explore the reason why new cementing material was superior to cement, ewcementing materials and cement hydration reactions were scanned by electron microscope(SEM). The results showed that the hydration products of new material were ettringite, C-S-H gel, wollastonite, the speed and reaction of hydration degree were high, couldcompact filling unclassified milltailings’ void, mixed closely and backfilling with materialsparticle, the structure was better than cement density, therefore preparation filling bodystrength was higher than cement.Finally, because filling technology parameters of the company’s camp iron oredesigned cement as cementitious materials, when adopting new cementing material, weneed to design the new technical parameters optimization. This paper calculated therelationship between the high stage afterwards pack pack strength with the exposure heightthrough the analogy method and experience formula, it was concluded that the filling bodyof the required minimum strength value, determined the filling ratio of the strength of thedesign basis. And then the relationship strength of filling body made by unclassifiedmilltailings-new cementing material and various factors on the basis were found, the bestlime-sand ratio and slurry concentration were determined by the range analysis andregression analysis method.
