| The research scope of this paper is mainly exploitation and application of low activityof slag cementations materials, the main purpose is that slag is converted to useful thingsfor application of gelled material in the paste filling mining, to reduce the filling cost.Lead smelting slag is low activated slag material, that be maximum limit aroused thepotential activity in a certain fineness and external excitation conditions. This study isbased on the previous research, it carried out with different excitation agent types of slagcementitious materials with backfilling configuration block of paste filling material of theindoor experiment, optimizing slag cementitious materials. The main research contents asfollows:(1) The scheme of primary slag cement materials.Through the net pulp strength ofslag cementitious materials to carry on primary election.(2) The flow performanceexperiment. Analyzing the slump constant to check the flow of the paste properties.(3)The strength performance experiment. Through the analysis of the test strength of pastetest blocks paste strength of paste filling body to judge that it can meet the requirements.(4)The soaking experiment. Through comparing soak of paste test blocks, analysis of soakingliquid is in compliance with environmental requirements.(5) The schemes optimalselection of slag gelled material. Through the comprehensive evaluation to select the slagcementitious materials schemes.According to the comprehensive analysis of the experimental data, a variety of slagcementing materials formulas are selected, preparation of the paste has good archeology,paste block strength can meet the requirements of mine filling strength, replacing part ofthe cement and slag cementations materials in applied in underground filling can meet therequirements of underground environmental protection. After test demonstrated lowactivity slag cementations materials replacing part of the cement can be applied to the pastefilling mining as well. |
