| From70’s of the last century, plate shape control gradually become a popular research direction, people paid a lot of energy into the research of shape control methods, and exciting achievements have been made. however, strip shape control system can send the correct control instruction to actuating mechanism, only after reasonably processing the reliable online shape information which is provided by the shape detection device, so the shape detection is an important prerequisite for flatness control.The accuracy of Flatness detection depends on the calibration process of shape detection device. This paper subject combines with the National Natural Science Fund Project " major instruments within a segment closed high speed of piezoelectric plate shaped instrument (code:51027003)", using computer aided technology for strip shape meter calibration device for the3D design, and create the engineering drawings for production and machining; when the equipment is completed, conducting an experiment calibration experiment on the shape detection roller; in addition, the shape standard curve of detection roller was studied, getting the shape standard curve and typical wave shape curves library; finally the calibration device in parametric design is completed with the help of VB language.This paper firstly introduces the basic principle and the development of the shape instrument in our country and abroad; then compares the advantages and the disadvantages of the two schemes of calibration device, and establish the calibration scheme; based on Solidworks software as a platform,according the relevant national standards establishes the3D model of the calibration device (the length of the flatness gauge roll900mm, the diameter315mm), and transforms it into the engineering drawing, manufacturing the calibration system. After producing the device, the calibration experiments should be taken in order to achieve flatness detection accuracy.Flatness detection is the base of shape control, thus the detection results is closer to actual situation,the more efficient is the adjustment of mill flatness. Then establishes the flatness standard curve and the typical plate shape imperfection curve, not only to determine the types of flatness imperfection,the most important is to quota the the size of the analysis of the amplitude of the wave.In order to promote the different parameters of flatness gauge using in industrial production, this paper, based on the VB language, designs the flatness meter calibration device in parametric. Only entering the shape meter roll diameter, such as diameter of the roll and length of the roll, the3D model parameter calibration device is built in automation, then implements the mass production parts into engineering drawing, so it is more convenient and effective to promote the flatness gauge. |
