| The heavy load bearing frame is the core component of the heavy equipments.360MN vertical extrude is the first application in China, which frame weighs about2500tons using the steel wire-wound technology. The mission of installing and commissioningof the equipment is the largest installation work of vertical extruder in the world nowadays.There is no record of this kind of heavy equipment installation in the world, therefore weneed to develop new installation techniques to solve this problem.This paper introduces the installation techniques of the frame mainly including fittingup, winding and assembling the components of housing window, lifting and turning thehousing window, hoisting the housing window and installing other components of theextruder based on the installation of360MN vertical extruder in the North Heavy Industry.According to the weight and dimensions of the frame, the pre-stressed loading workof the frame of360MN vertical extruder successfully completes by using the robotwinding technology. Using the bolt fastening technology, we finish the work ofconnecting and fastening of the two housing windows of the extruder. The rise of theframe weighing2500tons is finished by using the synchronous jacking technology. Usingthe semicircular tire flipping technology, the flat heavy equipment can be placed fromhorizontal state to vertical state. Using the drop-lifting technology, the hoisting work ofintegral equipment which has large dimensions and weight can be done.In this paper, there are theoretical calculations and analysis for the steel wire-wounddesign, the bolt pre-tightening structure and the rack mount verticality, and importantstructures are checked by the finite element.Taking advantage of the new installation technologies, the installation tasks weresmoothly completed, meeting the requirements of the design. The installed extruder meetsproduction needs and is comfortable to customers by the trial production. The installationof360MN vertical extruder fills the history blank about the installation of large extrusionmachine in the world nowadays, and it lays a foundation for the installation of largeequipments. |
