As old as human’s social activities, the news media has lasted thousands of years,while the TV is the new darling which came from the laboratory to the public in1920s. Itis the combination of humanistic tradition and the scientific achievements that makemedia communication in the era of progress and changing. With the rapid transformationof our country’s media industry in the1980’s, the show host as a new link with the publicmedia forms has much public concern. From birth to evolution, the host has long sincemoved beyond the need of its own professional functions, became effective symbol forthe subtle influence of the community and the public in many ways. Host brand imagepositioning is the most effective protection of program ratings, and guide and influencethe public’s aesthetic.Now, research’s about the development of host is relatively simple on the choice ofdirection, and lack of overall perspective. An urgent need to organize research throughthe scientific system is needed in order to respond to the needs of future development ofthe media. This issue through tracking tutor special studies chose clothing design as thesubject and the direction of research and analysis, and planning aspects of the theory andmethods designed to further explore and innovative television presenter in the overallimage. Clothing as the main function of carrying the characteristics of the Moderatoroverall image, it not only conveys the program purpose, program orientation, animportant component of the program content, but also creates and strengthens theaudience the primary means of visual effects. So using the rational mode of thinking isnot only the key of strengthen overall image of the host, but also influence the futuredevelopment trends of the mediaThis paper base on tutor’s research program on2009, the Shaanxi TV newspresenters image’s planning Innovation. Through depth analysis of the interactionbetween the news section positioning in different time frames, audienceaesthetic,,clothing design principles, re-architecture, positioning, and implementation ofthe image of the planning of the news presenters,our research in order to achieve theexploration and expansion of the presenters in the overall the purpose of the new waysand new methods of image packaging. The subject is divided into six chapters: the first apparel background of domestic and international television news presenters, as well asthe status quo of China’s news presenters Fashion Design, we than established the subjectand the direction of the research, as well as the form and method of research. Secondly,we described by the principle of the concepts and types of television programs, focusingon analysis of the planning requirements of the news program located on the host image.Then we further discussed in a clear overall image of the planned impact and role of thenews presenters. In addition, from the perspective of apparel design features needed, weanalyze and summarize the status of the news presenters image positioning and missing,establishing the targeted host to the program image packaging operation of law as thegoal which targeted planning and implementation planning to host the overall image ofreasonable transformation. At last we develop innovative approaches which arerule-based.Combined with theoretical knowledge of the professional disciplines, we based onclosing orientation to analyze the planning of the host image, these are the coreobjectives of the research. We study elements like external environment, colorpositioning, light processing’s impact. They have impact on dressing principles ofharmony, as well as male and female presenters dress collocation. Through these research,we clarify the modus operandi of planning by the host image of the elements.Combination of project case studies, we re-examine the clothing with the original host,identify the host on the dress irrational dislocation with the lack of aesthetic awareness.Our research focus on how publicity from the "personality" and return to the "rational"prominent contradictions of a series of disturbances and affecting the positioning of theprogram.Therefore, we use temporal, spatial variation, program orientation, and the publicappreciation as preconditions for the host image positioning authoritative, suitability, andpersonalized, the stability of the different demands in the program, in accordance withthe principles of clothing with the image from a holistic perspective point of viewlanguage design. This method is not only an important measure to solve these problems,but also can reform and improve the presenters in the overall image of the planningtheory and practice have a positive effect.The news presenters image planning for the academic field in China is a newsubject. How to properly grasp the show host’s location in the program,how to adaptoperations and methods that suitable of laws, these all need long-term practice andexploration. Only by adhering to innovation with a dynamic way of thinking, can respond to and withstand the challenges of the development of live media that may arisein the future.
