In recent years, because of improved varieties, geographical environment, climatechange, and other factors, different regions cashmere has variations in the length ofcashmere fiber, friction and crimp properties. That affecting its spinning processing, so thevariation of cashmere length, friction properties are particularly important to study. Thecashmere fiber length variation in arrangement, friction property, crimp property and surfacesructure of different age, different areas, and different breeds are systematicly tested andstudied..The research of the cashmere length array:The cashmere hand staple distributioninterval of different breeds, different age is33.4~58.6mm,between different regions, thecashmere hand staple distribution interval is36.6~54mm, large variation range of differentage, different breeds of goat, cashmere manual length distribution interval32~62mmbetween different regions, the cashmere manual length distribution is36~63mm,short fibercontent, changes in the range of0~12%, some areas of cashmere excluding linter fiber.Overall, in addition to individual breeds and some areas of cashmere length is shorter, mostof the variation cashmere sample length longer than the normal cashmere length.Different breeds, different age cashmere static friction: In the static friction, thereverse static friction coefficient of ewes is bigger, forward static coefficient of friction andthe ram balance,3years old wethers reverse static friction coefficient is bigger; in thedynamic friction, the friction coefficient of ewes of different ages little differed,1years oldmale shun and reverse dynamic friction coefficient are greater than3years old male, thereverse dynamic friction of3years old wether is bigger, Shun the static friction is consistent. At the age of1ewe’s dynamic friction effect greatly. Different areas of cashmere frictionperformance: in the static friction, static friction coefficient changes along the range of0.246~0.275, reverse the static friction coefficient variation range for the0.322~0.380, thanthe coefficient of static friction of large variation range; in the dynamic friction, suitable todynamic friction coefficient variation range for the0.217~0.225, changes in amplitude isvery small, the reverse dynamic friction coefficient of variation range for the0.270~0.296,not changes in the scope.Different conditions of temperature and humidity on cashmere frictionperformance:(Conditions of a temperature of15℃, humidity25%, second conditiontemperature is30℃, humidity of40%)in the static friction, conditions2Shun to the staticfriction coefficient of variation range of0.324~0.404, as can be seen, condition2down to the coefficient of static friction is significantly greater than the conditions1. Conditions2reverse static friction coefficient of variation range0.429~0.558, conditions2reverse staticfriction than conditions1, and has large variation range; in the dynamic friction, conditions2suitable to dynamic friction coefficient variation range of0.239~0.314, under thecondition of2reverse dynamic friction coefficient variation range of0.311~0.395, under theconditions of the2forward and backward dynamic friction coefficient is greater than1andthe conditions of large variation range.Cashmere friction properties of four types: shun static friction coefficient, from thecashmere fiber, second–fine fiber, dimorphic fibers, hirsute wool fiber gradually decreases, dynamic static friction coefficient second–fine fiber partial large, the trend is still aweakening trend; shun dynamic friction trend is the same to the the consequent staticfriction coefficient, reverse dynamic friction coefficient of dimorphic fibers is largest, followed by the second–fine fiber, cashmere fiber, hirsute wool minimum. The effect offriction hirsute wool is minimum.Performance testing of cashmere curl: the curl ram number (4.27) is most, the ewes(3.97) is least, the number of curl number affected the fiber friction and cohesive force; ramcurl ratio (10.26) is large, wethers(6.66) is small; wethers curled elastic recovery rate (91.92)is also larger, ewes (90.61) is small; residual curl ram ratio (9.61) is large, wethers (6.09) issmall, the public after cashmere fiber crimp force ability to recover is better. Reduce thenumber of mutation curl. Mutation rate of8.98is not curled cashmere; cashmere variation is8.29, mutation rate decreases after curl. No variation of the elastic recovery rate is80.73curled cashmere, cashmere variation is87.58, curled elastic recovery rate of mutationchanged for the better. Cashmere residual variation was not curly7.32,7.31cashmerevariation, variation around the difference was small. On cashmere atomic force microscope analysis, get the ram cashmere scale heightmaximum, followed by wethers cashmere fiber, ewes scale minimum height. The breedshave a certain influence on scale height. Cashmere cashmere fibre scale has maximumheight, followed by second–fine fiber dimorphic fiber; hirsute fiber scale has minimumheight. The cashmere fiber scale structure is the most obvious.
