With more and more consumers recognizing the function of foundation garment, thedemand for the foundation garment increased highly, they hope foundation garment cannot only achieve the efficacy of the modified shape, but also to ensure the human healthand safety.Studied on foundation garment, the subject explored the construction of the pressuremodel of the human abdomen, analyzed tensile properties of the fabric and the effect of thegarment loose on the foundation garment pressure, summed up the comfort zone of thegarment pressure and the effect of the wearing pressure on the human body, thus provideda theoretical basis for the control of the garment loose.Based on the analysis about the characters of the foundation garment style, the subjectselected a few common women foundation pants for the measurements of body wearing, totest the change of the body circumference and garment size, and analyzed the regularchange and the effect of body size on the body shape. The pressure values at the point weremeasured and the pressure distributions were gained in the process of the actual wearing ofthe testing person.The subject summed up the categories and properties of the foundation garment fabric,and the tensile test of a few sorts of typical fabric was taken. In the test there were two partof experiments on the foundation garment fabric, one part was the measurement of tensilestrength and elongation, another part was about the elastic elongation recovery rate andplastic deformation rate, at the same time the subject analyzed the effect of the fabrictensile properties on the garments size and pressure.Finally, based on the pressure comfort, the loose design of foundation garment wasapplied in the pattern design of the foundation pants.
