Tetrigoidea is a smaller superfamily in Caelifera of Orthoptera. Occording to the statistic of Yin(1996), there were about211genus which moer than1600species of Tetrigoidea. About more than600species in China. From July of2012to the August of2013, the author has collected and surveyed all the Tetrigoidea of Shiwanshan comprehensively and systematicly, making a research of classification and system.1.85species of28genus in the7subfamilies of Tetrigoidea were recognized and drecorded, which contains6new species for science, and1species is undetermined. A list of Shiwanshan Tetrigoidea is Compiled. New species are:Criotettix Shiwanshanensis sp. nov., Mazarredia Shanwanshanensis sp. nov., Mazarredia convexaoides sp. nov., Bolivaritettix shiwanshanensis sp. nov., xistra Strictivertex sp. nov., Criotettix interruptaoides sp. nov.(The specimens in this study are deposited in chemical and Biological Engineering Collection of Hechi University.)2. The relationships between park of species of Tetrigoidea were analyzed and rebuilt in this study, which with the methods that based on the mitochondrial COI gene of phylogenetic. Finally, we can conclude the results as follows:(1) The component analysis based on COI gene sequences show that the final data matrix contained is657bp, there are355conserved sites,302variable sites,258base substitutions sites,44singleton sites among them. The variation sites take46.0percentage of total data and the base substitutions sites take39.3percentage of total data. The average content of COI gene sequences of16species of Tetrigoidea are31%A,32.5%T,16.4%G,20.1%C. The content of A+T of COI gene sequence is47.4%, while the content of G+C of COI gene sequence is52.6%. The results show that the content of A+T is nearly equal to G+C.(2) The analysis of the P-distance show that the genetic distance of COI gene ranges from0.005to0.266. The average is0.201. Among them, the minimum distance is0.005, and the maximum is0.266. The P-distance between Thoradonta lativertex Gunther and Thoradonta obtusilobata Zheng is0.005, it between Thoradonta obtusilobata Zheng and Thoradonta spiculoba Hancock is0.023, and the same is between Thoradonta lativertex Gunther and Thoradonta spiculoba Hancock. The P-distance between Tetrix guinanensis Zheng et Jiang and Tetrix ceperoides Zheng et Jiang is0.043. and it between Hedotettix gracilis (De Haan) and Tetrix ceperoides Zheng et Jiang is0.075, and it between Hedotettix gracilis (De Haan) and Tetrix guinanensis Zheng et Jiang is0.061.They are less than0.1, the homology is very high. The genetic distance of all other kinds of Tetrigoidea are between0.142to0.266(3) NJ, ME, MP, and BI methods are used to reconstruct the phylogenetic relationships separately based on the datas of COI gene. The results from comparing four trees indicates that topologies of all the phylogenetic trees have quite difference, but molecular Phylogenetic trees derived from NJ, and ME mehods are similar to topology. So we concluded that the phylogenetic relationships of the four families of Tetrigoidea that Batrachideidae is the primitive group, Scelimenidae and Metrodoridae are the middle group, and the Tetrigoidea is composed of two clades, the one is original and the others are evolutionary. The topology of Maximum parsimony (MP) is similar to the first two methods. And the result of the topology of Bayesian inference method (BI) is not consistent of the first three methods trays, that such analysis is much far away from traditional classification methods.
