Combination forecasting is based on variety of individual forecasting model, then using more than one forecasting methods. It may be combined with a variety of single predictive methods than change their weighted coefficient in the combination forecasting model. Then how to determine the weighted coefficient is based on its evaluation of the target. By the way combination forecasting model is aimed at reduce the error between the predict result and the actual value then improve the prediction accuracy, many of facts can also prove it.This paper is all talk about the combination forecasting model which is based on the relative error and operator. It starts from the real numbers ended with the uncertain interval number. Then we also take the Induced operator into the combination forecasting model. We use the method to solve the real Social economic model to reduce the prediction error, and in which way to improve its prediction accuracy and feasibility of the forecasting. So the specific content of this paper is all arranged as follows:Chapter Ⅰ: We introduce the paper generally, tell us the combination forecasting model’s background and its development status then introduce the methods of predictive in this paper. It proves the necessity of this paper.Chapter Ⅱ:Chapter two is all talk about the preliminary knowledge, it tells us what the induced ordered weighted harmonic averaging operators is.then we introduce the operators’ nature. Finally we give the definition of interval number and the operation rules between two interval numbers.Chapter Ⅲ: We give the analysis of combination forecasting model based on correlation coefficient and IOWHA operator then give the example to prove this combination forecasting is better than individual forecasting method.Chapter Ⅳ: The analysis of an interval combination forecasting model based on the prediction accuracy. Then use the operation rules to solve the real example. Chapter Ⅴ: The analysis of the interval combination forecasting model based on correlation coefficient and IOWHA operator. We use the average interval error to description the error of this interval combination forecasting model.Chapter Ⅵ:This part is aimed at summarized the whole paper then give us the development and the future of the combination forecasting model.
