The chiral and extended chiral SU(3) Quark Model have gotten a great success in the field of light flavored hadrons. We generalize the two models in this article into the heavy flavor sector. According to the existing experimental data utilizing the calculus of variation to research the mass of ground state mesons which is composed of a heavy quark and a heavy antiquark, we could obtain a set of parameters concerned with heavy quarks. And the masses of ground state spin1/2and3/2heavy flavored hadrons (?)QQ,ΩQQ, ΩQQQQ(Q is c or b) are calculated as well. Specifically the work comes in ways of:1. Masses of ground state heavy flavored mesons. The study displays theoretical values of mesons ηc、J/Ψ、η/b、γ、BC are identical with those provided by experiments and the numerical masses of Bc meson are in a reasonable theoretical range, which indicates the approach is reasonable. On this basis we obtained three sets of parameters concerned with the heavy flavored quarks. How the OGE and the confinement potentials vary with the heavy flavored quark mass mO is briefly analyzed. When OGE coupling coefficient gQ is kept constant, internal interaction of OGE potential inside the heavy flavored mesons00appear as attractive force which has almost nothing to do with mo all the way. Nevertheless the confinement potential of the system is related to the heavy quark mass mQ. For some mesons confinement potential is repulsive when mQ is pretty small. With the increase of mQ its repulsive force would become smaller and attractive force become greater, which leads to a final attraction; For other mesons total effect is attractive. In general, the interaction inside the meson is an attractive force and go up with rising of the mO.2. Masses of ground state heavy flavored baryons. By employing the parameters getting from the research on mesons, the masses of baryons with doubly and triply heavy quarks are calculated. Experimental value of (?)cC mass is4~5%lower than the results given by this work, which are similar to those from other theoretical methods. Baryons (?)bb,(?)bc, ΩQQ, ΩQQQ not observed by experiments are unanimous with several other methods. All in all, the chiral and extended chiral SU(3) is qualitatively successful in describing the2or3heavy flavored hadron systems.
