In the chiral S U(3) quark model, the mixing of scalar mesons is firstly considered to study the baryon-baryon and baryon-antibaryon systems by solving the resonating group method (RGM) equation. In fact, many possible dibaryons have been predicted in this model. However, the mixing of scalar mesons didn't consider in these works. Recently, in order to describe reasonably meson-baryon scattering, the mixing of scalars meson must be introduced in the chiral SU(3) quark model. We have considered the mixing of pseudoscalar mesons and the mixing of vector mesons, so the introduction of the mixing of scalar mesons seems reasonable.Firstly, the binding energies of deuteron are reproduced whenθ=0°,35°,-18°and the masses ofσin these three different cases are obtained.Secondly, we study the binding energy ofΣ*Δsystem in these three cases. The results show that no matter what kind of mixing is considered, theΣ*Δsystem would be bound state. However, in the case of ideal mixing,σmeson exchange provides weakly attractive force, so the binding energy becomes smaller.Thirdly, we study the binding energy of NΩsystem in these three cases. The results show that the NΩsystem withθ=0°,-18°could become bound state. However, in the case of ideal mixing,σmeson and∈meson both contribute no forces, so the system becomes unbound.Finally, we study the binding energy NΩ. system in these three cases. The results show that the NΩsystem withθ=0°,-18°can be bound state. When we consider the annihilation interaction, the binding energies increase. 'However, similar with the system of NΩ, in the case of ideal mixing,σmeson and∈meson both contribute no forces, so NΩsystem becomes unbound too.
