As the world network structure more complex and increasingly linked between each other. Their mutual influence, mutual integration, super network came into being. Wherein the network reliability in the network of the most fundamental and important aspects. Therefore, how to build super-network theory and graph theory basis, and on this basis, calculation and evaluation of network reliability has become a super core of the work of this paper.Currently, network reliability research work focuses on the basis of a number of complex networks. Research status at home and abroad, the Super-network is just emerging as a concept was mentioned and no systematic description. Its reliability is lack of relevant research. For Super-networks, because of its integration, multi-dimensional and multi-layered, and its theory and graph theory foundation needs to be portrayed with some emerging concepts. For super-network reliability, its complex network encompasses many different features, It is not the same as the complex network modeling aspects from a single analysis, the need to establish a multi-level reliability model. The algorithm is designed for the model also needs to be simplified and decomposition. The main work and innovations are as follows:(1) According to characteristics Super-network, the establishment of a Super-network theory and graph theory foundation.(2) On the Super-network reliability for a system-defined and proposed network regional theory and offset radiation theory. Network location theory makes the logical relationship and topology structure hierarchical. Offset radiation theory reflects node error diffusion effect in the network topology structure.(3) In this paper, the performance of network connectivity and topology are two important indicators of performance. The network is divided into vertex Super-networks and undirected Super-network. Points established Connectivity sub-model systems based on center-the whole network connectivity and Structure sub-model system based on regional structure entropy. And based on the two modules to establish a super-network reliability coupled model.(4) Based on network regional theory through a series of theoretical and mathematical derivation proposed location recursive decomposition algorithms. By layering and stacking of thinking greatly reduces the Super-network coupling model of computing scale.(5) At the end of this article, through the vertex Super-networks and undirected Super-network simulation verify the feasibility of the model and algorithm, and made an evaluation of the simulation results.
