With the rapid development of Beijing city,Beijing city urban geologicalsafety is becoming increasingly prominent. City geological safety issues cannot be ignored the threat and damage to the sustainable development of socialeconomy and people’s life and property. In order to find out the geologicdisasters, reduce the harm degree, to ensure the city geological safety, we areconstructing various geological environment and resource monitoring systemin Beijing City. We have completed a ground subsidence monitoring systemand the groundwater environmental monitoring system, abrupt geologicalhazards monitoring system is under construction, the other monitoring systemis also at the stage of planning the project, such as mine environment, activefault, shallow geothermal resource, geothermal energy, waste, undergroundspace,etc. To integrate these monitoring system, analyzing and extracting theuseful information of various monitoring data for the governmentdecision-making and the public service, there must be a powerful informationsystem, advanced technology, stable to support.In recent years, Beijing has done a lot of fundamental work in citygeological database construction and information system construction, theseare the solid foundation and sufficient technical preparation for theconstruction of city geological system security service. This paper designs theoverall framework of Beijing city geological safety guarantee service systemfrom the angle of conceptual design, and designs the function, algorithm anddigital model of the first phase of subsystem construction in detail. It will directthe construction of system of Geological Security Service in Beijing city.
