The Research And Realization Of Basic Pieces Survey System In Digital City Management

Digital city management refers to deal with analysis and management the city piecesand incidents with informatization and mobile communication，and promote the citymanagement of modemization and informatization. City management is he inevitabletrend of the development of city,it can improve the work efficiency and deal with theproblem of city pieces to use digital and information means.City pieces is the base of the digital city management.The number is large and theincidents happening with high frequency,the traditional data collection system is notconvenient and bring the data must be treated indoor,so it can’t keep in step with thedigital city management.This paper based on Fuxin digital geographic space frameconstruction project, researched around digital city management city pieces informationcollection,inspection and picture transferring.The research content of this paper asfollows:(1)build the database with mobile database technology;(2)to display the citypieces on the mobile device，operate the map and management the data;(3)to realize thedata collection and the attributes updating real-time,including the edition and modifyingdata;(4)to register the broken city pieces and take photos，and transfer the pictures withSocket communication technology.This paper based on mobile gis,and developed basic pieces surveying system indigital city management under Windows Mobile of the.Net Framework withC#.Realizing the city pieces data loading,mobile data collection and attribution updatingin real-time,and transferring data with server with socket technology.To reduce the costand improve the work efficiency.
