Digitization and visualization of seismic information is the primary step of seismic analysisforecasting. This article researched the data formats of earthquake catalogue, precursorobservation data, DEM elevation data, and ionospheric data. Then convert them to the samecoordinate system and projection mode, to find the relation of the datas. In this article, thevisualization of seismic data was researched respectively from both two dimensional and threedimensional:1. Study on the visualization of three-dimensional seismic information.Three-dimensionalseismic information visualization program was written in the IDL language. Researched theformat of DEM elevation data, landscape pictures, EQT, roadway data. First interpolated the dataand then converted them to the same coordinate system, and then rendered the color with themap,so that the three-dimensional terrain models been drawed.Red spheres represent theepicenter, green cylinder on behalf of three-dimensional tunnel roadway Epicentral distributionof three-dimensional modelling, model.Use trackball algorithm for three dimensional model ofinteractivity, after drawing three dimensional models can be rotated, user interaction featuressuch as zoom.2. Study on three-dimension volume rendering techniques, production of three-dimensionvolume rendering data format files.Study on ionospheric data structure, the same area at the sametime different height integrated ionospheric data, establishment of body paint model of theionosphere.Draw a cross section of the model and features such as slices were studied.3. Visualization of seismic images, using the C#language in this article to achieve spatialpattern dynamic map and graph information from Web pages dynamic pages generatedautomatically.Image information through Web page scripting language query capabilities andprecursor data through the program automatically read, write Web pages, automaticallygenerated information dynamic display page.Making global, partition map and registration at theend of the country, and produced according to different map projection methods Epicentraldistribution software for Web pages are automatically generated, dynamic information displaytechnique for space pictures page.
