The Design Of GIS-Platform’s Operations Based On Voice Technology

With the advancement of technology and the increasing needs of the community, geographical information system has applied in so many aspect and penetrated into people’s daily life. Providing a new operation mode based on Voice-controlling to GIS users, designing and developing the Voice operating GIS Platform, it has a wide application prospect. Integrating Voice-controlling to the mature GIS platform by the current, analysising and designing the GIS platform software according to the model of Chinese language and the application development-design perspective, evaluating the practicability and the basic method of realizing it, it is the focus on the content of this article.This paper begins with analyzes the difference between the Voice operating GIS、the general Voice Navigation GIS and the Intelligent GIS, analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the Voice operating GIS, preliminary outlook the developing process of the Voice operating GIS platform. Then analyzes some related technical conditions for the development of Voice operating GIS. Take a preliminary analysis for the basic methods and the feasibility of it. Then puts forward some principles about the design of the Voice operating GIS platform, analyzes the basic method and operation mode of it, decomposes the operation function of GIS platform, designs and builds phrase commands library and short sentence commands formula library. Based on the basic functions of each modules of GIS platform, and take it for example, analyzes the detailed design of the voice operation of the GIS platform. At the last puts forward some suggestions and opinions to the development of voice operating GIS platform at the present stage, describes the basic conceptions about the voice functions design of GIS platform at the present stage, analyzes the implementing method of it.
