Voice communication which is through the network has become more and more popular with the development of network and multimedia technology. Meanwhile, open network and network sharing have made information security problems become a hot topic. Therefore, how to realize the research of the secure communication of the voice becomes more and more important. Because of its unique nature and password system, chaotic system has a natural connection, which can be applied to password system and has good encryption effect. Speech signal has the characteristic of the large amount of data and in the transmission process of real-time requirements. Thus, network packet loss occurred will be affect voice quality. iLBC coding algorithm has good recovery on the transmission of speech signal, encoding and decoding. The Android operating system has become one of the most popular systems and the market possession rate has ranked the first mobile terminal operating system. On the platform development and Realization of the application function has a greater application value in the market and meets the needs for users.In this paper, a real time speech secure communication system based on the chaos sequence is introduced, and the encryption and decryption of the transmission data is designed in the Android platform. Firstly, the paper introduces the related theoretical knowledge of chaos and cryptography. We achieve the voice data for secure communication by chaotic sequence encryption algorithm and analyze the principle of the algorithm. Then iLBC codec algorithm is introduced, using the algorithm for achieving real-time voice data decompression code and reduces the amount of data transmission in the process of making the real-time. effect be better. Then, we determine the UDP/RTP real time transport protocol for the communications infrastructure, using end to end transmission mode communication scheme and finally in equipped with Android terminal to realize speech acquisition play, iLBC encoding and decoding, chaotic decryption and network transmission. By experimental testing, the speech compression algorithm combines to chaotic encryption algorithm can guarantee the voice quality in the process of transmission effectively and the uniform distribution of the encrypted speech waveform become uniform, which achieves the expected effects.
