The Reaserch On Mechanism Of The Price Adjustment And Simulation Of The Policy Regulation On Small-scale Agricultural Products

Chinese small-scale agricultural product market’s prices careen a larger fluctuation, which have seriously affected Chinese small-scale agricultural product market’s stability. Chinese small-scale agricultural market is a complex system. Its price is the product of a complex system, because it has a complex hierarchy and big scale. In recent years system simulation methods have been used in the academic community.This phenomenon not only giving a fresh feeling, but also bringing a new perspective for the management of complex research, a lot of literature have been studied and made gratifying progress.In our paper, basing on the CAS theory, we use SWARM simulation to explore the effect of price adjustment mechanism of the small-scale agricultural products and policy control simulation model, and analysis the results of swarm simulation to find the relationship between small-scale agricultural market speculation and price shock. This paper will give policy to control recommendations in the end.This paper contains the parts as follow:Firstly, on the basis of previous studies, we analysis price changes of Chinese small-scale agricultural market and policy control mechanisms from a macro vision, and then we find how the specutive market agents affect agricultural products’prices and market internal operating rules.we also inject policy regulating factor in order to evaluate the effect.Secondly, on the basis of the literature study, we find the theoretical model of small-scale agricultural products, and then build a market simulation model of small-scale agricultural products. We use swarm to simulate three states of the small-scale agricultural products market, natural market, speculative market, and policies regulating market, and provide the relevant attributes of main agent models, methods, ultimately make the swarm simulation experiment.Finally, we observe swarm simulation image, record swarm simulation running results, compare and analysis the simulation images under the three state of the small-scale agricultural products market, then get the conclusions, and give the policy of price control proposals. At last we propose the research outlook to make the future research direction clear.
