According to the report of the World Health Organization, infective diseases are still the first killer for the human. The human are confronted with the menace of infective diseases for long-term. It is an important theoretical method to built mathematical modeling and analysis the epidemics model. Based on the analysis of some parameters in the model and the mathematical simulation, we can get the key factors influence the spread of disease, the study of the trend of an infectious disease becoming an epidemic in one area by establishing mathematical infectious model on dynamics has become a project of both theoretical and practical value. This paper studied the constant input a kind of incubation period of a class of SEIR infection model, analyses its stability. At the same time, the algorithm of moment theory and SOS optimization algorithm are used to estimate the DOA. Paper main research work includes the following aspects1. A class of SEIR epidemic model which the total population is a constant input and which has got incubation period is discussed in this paper. The asymptotic stability of endemic disease’s balance points and disease-free balance points are also proved by the Hurwitz criterion.2. A class of SEIR epidemic model is studied which the total population is a constant input and has got incubation period. The DOA is gained by using the LMI (linear matrix inequality) optimization algorithm based on the theory of moments.3. The greater DOA of SEIR epidemic model is gained through solving an optimal Lyapunov function with iterative dynamic optimization algorithm of SOS.4. A controller is designed to make the unstable point steady gradually According to the Hurwitz criterion.
