GIS has been widespread concern in recent years, from Google Map widely used, tovarious cities and built a digital city, to industrial applications, enterprise applications, GIShas been widely used in various fields used for data management, datadisplayed data analysis. The past Desktop GIS using the architecture of C/S structure, the rise of Internet technologyand distributed technology, Web GIS has been widely used in all walks of life. With thedevelopment of3D technology,3D GIS is gradually applied, especially purethree-dimensional applications, the data show a more realistic effect. In this treatise, starting from the concept of a variety of spatial geography, first introducedthe concept of geography, including the map display technology, maps buffering technology, which will bring about the desired performance makes the process of browsing andtransmission map.Secondly, the entire GIS system requirements and functional analysis ofplant application process to determine the needs of different users to be accomplished by theuse of different users in the data collection, data processing, cartography and geographycontent generated map.Third, data storage, discusses the establishment of the differencebetween the spatial database with database and spatial data, and discusses the links betweenthe tables as well as the needs of the attributes table.Fourth, the use of well-knownmanufacturers in the industry ESRI’s GIS kit, GIS to achieve this factory. By using ArcGISServer server, a detailed description of the method for the establishment of the server and mappublishing. Finally, the detailed description of of WebGIS the commonly used functionsimplementation methods, spatial analysis of the implementation process as well as commonlyused in the oil industry in the practical application of the HAZOP analysis method for theanalysis of the probability of an accident.
