The structure of this thesis mainly consists of three parts:system design, system realization the visualization module technology, and the feedback system evaluation. The system design is the system demand analysis, the overall functional design (functional analysis, system logic structure design, system program design process), the design scheme of hardware, software design (software architecture design, software design, system data flow of the system main interface design), summary of core technology system (visualization research, the mathematical model of the system research, integrated technology research). Visualization module technology includes pipelining operation process visual overview, pipe laying part function realization process etc.). The system includes the system of evaluation and feedback of evaluation theory and pipe laying and feedback operation simulation system evaluation, laid the foundation for the next work.Deep water pipe laying operation is a very complex process, in the harsh marine environment, not only to ensure the pipe laying vessels and pipelines, the stinger, coordination between the tensioner and ocean currents, but also to ensure the security and integrity of the laying of pipeline. At present, the deep water pipeline laying field research is very few, deep water shop scene simulation system operation has not yet been developed, based on the12th Five-Year Plan of national science and technology major projects," the South China Sea deep water oil and gas exploration and development of key technology and equipment"," important issue for deep water submarine pipe laying technology ", in order to be able to land on relevant personnel for pipe laying operation training, reduce the pipe laying real-time operation error, avoid major accidents, with reasonable use the security and financial security crew, I research the " offshore oil201" pipe laying operation visual simulation system.In the pipe crane pipelining operation process and key equipment for in-depth understanding of absorption on the basis of the " offshore oil201" deep water shop, in the system design stage, I analyze the characteristics of the training and personnel training process who can accept. And study the relationship between visual simulation system and the real world.In the process of system design, tin the aspect of human-computer interaction, the software interface is considered the in the following factors:consistency, compatibility, adaptability, guidance, structural, prompting etc.. And from the visual cognitive perspective, I put forward some requirements of interface design. The scene module in the visual cognitive perspective considers the following factors:the static picture, dynamic picture, picture immersion and corresponding operation.According to the principle of system analysis, decomposition, studies the function modules of the system; design the hardware architecture and software architecture of the simulation training system, and the realization of some functions of the simulation system. In the process of system design, the automatic control, data communication, mathematical model, system integration and technical problems related with this topic also conducted an investigation, learning; focus on the various functional modules (simulation member) data communication and data interface problem between. According to the specific requirement of the simulation system, the one of the core techniques:visualization module is the key of the research and development design. Three-dimensional simulation technology and design theory to build realistic visual model for simulation based on process.
