Based on the WenChuan earthquake affected areas in ShaanXi Province LueYangCountry the geological disasters detailed investigation (1:50000) as the backing, in the typeof geological hazard LueYangXian, factors and distribution regularities is summarized.According to the research, LueYang County territory currently exists geological disasterpoints229Department, these risks of geological disasters are mostly distributed around thecounty, and township resident,and key villages around,and Baocheng railway,and trunkhighway, and along the Banks of the jialing river, and important engineering facilities location,threat8,257households, and a population of13,553people, and5720houses,and25industrial and mining enterprises and institutions, and two schools,and the direct economicloss forecast up to117.731million yuan. Faced with such a big threat, we should undertakeresearch on weather forecasting and early warning of geological disasters, advance toLueYang Country geological disaster will happen early warning forecast, LueYang County’seconomic development and prevention of the geological disasters are of great theoretical andpractical significance.Based on actual data, the paper has made the LueYang Country distinguish geologicaldisaster warning area, to determine the geological disasters induced rainfall threshold, andformed a geological hazard meteorological forecasting early warning model. The mainresearch contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) I learned that through the investigation, topography and lithology and rainfall andcharacteristics of rock and soil mass and geologic structure and human engineering activitiesare Lueyang County geological disasters predisposing factors.(2) Based on LueYang County’s topography and rock and soil mass and fault and rainfalland human engineering activities, such as indicators, through MAPGIS spatial analysisfunctions made LueYang Country geological hazard risk division; based on factors such aspopulation density, density of GDP, population distribution, by spatial analysis functionalityof MAPGIS,we made LueYang County vulnerability zoning of geological hazards.(3) Based on Lueyang County geological hazard partition and Lueyang County geological disasters vulnerability partition,I made LueYang County geological disasterwarning area.(4) Through the analysis of historical data,I identified the rainfall types of inducedLueYang Country geological disasters and get the rainfall threshold of induced LueYangCountry geological disasters.(5) By the above results,I established the space-time coupling forecast early warningmodel.The space-time coupling forecast early warning model in the paper has great promotionalvalue,it can be widely applied to the forecasting and early warning of geological disasters.
