Kidney stones is the diseases that has long been plagued human, the common use ofinfrared band means to analyze its composition is limited; Building materials is a necessityfor human life, but the quality of construction materials is a common problem, commonmeans of detection is very difficult. Terahertz waves,compared with the infrared light, thefrequency range almost includes common intermolecular collective vibration and latticevibration frequency. Based on the unique fingerprint spectral characteristics, terahertztime-domain spectroscopy has attracted more and more attention and began to be used inmany different fields. The thesis uses terahertz time-domain spectroscopy to analysiscomponent of kidney stones and building materials, aims at obtaining a component of kidneystones and building materials fingerprint spectra, establishing a fingerprint library.The subject study133cases of kidney stones samples and five kinds of common buildingmaterials. By human mixed the main component of kidney stones samples, study thecharacteristic spectrum and predict and verify the composition of the sample compositionand content of the11cases of known characteristics spectrum of kidney stones. Bymeasuring the angular spectrum, get fingerprint spectrum of building materials. By studyingthe second derivative of characteristic spectrum of spectra of kidney stones samples andbuilding materials, effectively obtained and identified the characteristic spectrum of kidneystones components and building materials. On the basis of the analysis of the infraredcomponent, by using the Mini-Z and Z-3terahertz time-domain spectroscopy detectionsystem of the production of Z-Omega company in the United States, obtains the respectivecomponents of series of kidney stones and building materials of the transmission spectrum,reflection spectrum, absorption spectrum and the respective second derivative spectrum inthe low frequency band. We can prove the existence and prediction of the correspondingcomponent of the relative content of the mark by the characteristic spectrum, obtainsatisfactory results and illustrate the reliability of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy andwide application prospects.
