With the program of China Digital Seismologic Observation Network going well on wheels, China has achieved a digitalized and networked observation system for earthquakes, having led the seismic industry to a new stage of development. The ChinaEarthquake Precursor Network data processing system, as one of major achievements among the observation network programs, has achieved various functions, such as a nationwide data acquisition and digital processing and calculation work for all kinds of precursor data, having provided a strong guarantee of long-term stabilization and efficiency in running the precursory network. But now the system adopt C/S architecture, cannot make full use of convenient conditions bring by the Internet, the graphical display function for precursor data is also not perfect, And is lack of unified standard for database access, the extensibility of the system is also affected,which, to some has affected the management coherence, having made it an urgent problem for the data processing system.With the widespread of internet and day-by-day improvements of its technology, increasing numbers of C/S architecture pattern is replaced by B/S architecture. In addition, RIA (Rich Internet Application) technology has solved problems on traditional B/S such as weak client-side functions and unexpressive graphics render with its strong client-side interactive ability and efficient resource utilization. That has provided a brand new WEB application strategy, bringing new opportunities for putting the seismological monitoring network into practical use.This essay concentrates on the earthquake precursor data pressing system’s temporal shortage for network model and graphics exhibition. Solutions based on RIA technology are put forward. Precursory network’s data disposal and graphic processing functions which is based on B/S architecture are designed and achieved, providing another solution for data pressing system.The major content of work and achievements are as follows: 1. Detailed analyses are given on the structure of precursory network, together with the inner requirements and technology features of processing precursory products online. On the basis of it, designed the database access platform by using EBJ3.0technology, provides a unified transparent data access interface for other function module.2. The basic architectural patterns and technological advantages of Rich Client-side Technology is analyzed as a foundation, and a technological precursory data disposal module approach is raised.3. By analyzing the development of WEBGIS, in combination with the temporal requirements of precursory product, a basic architecture pattern of the graphic exhibition module of the precursory data is designed.
