Attention degree is the degree that people focuses somebody and something. Lightning weather is an uncertainty disastrous weather which is focused by people. So many scholars research attention degree of lightning weather and get a lot of achierements. Attention degree depends on the frequency and state of something.The happening and developing of lightning weather is record by people and LLS. dialing numbers of weather service phone (named12121) take the information of attention degree. We can analysis the attention degree of lightning weather with three kinds of data.Based on theory and methods of mathematical statistics and the lognormal distribution fitting function, used the monitoring data of lightning location system in Chongqing from1999to2008. We analyze the lightning with small amplitude, and found the fitting result is best and show the statistical characteristic of CG well when deleting the lightning data whose amplitudes is less than5kA with the lognormal distribution fitting function by using the curve-fitting toolbox in Matlab. And the result passes the test of statistical significance. It is noted that Furthermore, we found the ratio of the deleted CG blew5kA was less than2%by analyzing the frequency distribution and proportion of different region of small amplitude CG. The result accords with the working principle of LLS. Therefore, we get the definitions of "small amplitude"(below5kA) of Chongqing.The results suggested that:The definition of "small amplitude" of data of LLS in Chongqing is the data below5kA. It provides a theoretical basis for each area to analyze the data and control the quality of it.Based on methods of information diffusion of Fuzzy mathematics, used the monitoring data of data of Lightning Location System (LLS) and lightning day recorded by people from2009to2011in five base stations of Chongqing, dialing numbers of weather service phone (named12121). We selective comparative analysis the lightning weather attention degree of general public based on LLS and manual record. The correlation of the attention degree of theoretical calculation of the data of LLS and the statistic of initial data is well by correlation test based on information diffusion of Fuzzy mathematics. So the theoretical value could reflect the fact. Lightning weather attention degree of general public increases as the attention degree risk grade (dialing numbers of phone) increasing. We divide the risk grade to three parts. They are low risk grade and middle risk grade and high risk grade. The call quantity of each grade is different. Sha-pingba and Wanzhou is the highest and Fuling and Beibei are the same and Qianjiang id the lowest. It provides a decision theoretical basis for lightning disaster protection and management.
