| Wind speed is an important element of meteorological measurement. To accurately measure the transient characteristics of wind shear and turbulence, introduced the three array ultrasonic transducers to used to measure wind speed and dirctions. When ultrasonic wave propagation in the air, there is a time difference between following wind and head wind influenced by the wind speed. Ultrasonic wind measurement instrument based on the principle of time difference method is high accuracy, high reliability and high integration and other advantages, which can consist of a mobile weather inetrated station with rainfall, humidity and other measurement meters. Compared with the traditional mechanical instruments and electromagnetic meter, ultrasonic wind measurement instrument has strong advantages, but the key parameter is the measurement accuracy.In the point of view, this paper designs a system control and data processing of three-dimension ultrasonic wind measurement system based on STC89C54RD+single chip microcomputer. First complished the hardware design of system power supply circuit, ultrasonic sensor driving circuit, time gain compensation circuit, peak detection circuit, system display circuit and communication circuit of multiple machine. Then complished the sotfward design of the sequential control, wind speed and direction calculation, communication and display; completion of the three extension software designs of the ultrasonic emitting sequential control, the treatment of the receiving ultrasonic transducers, time measurement and the communication of host MCU and slave MCUs. Through the multi-computer communication, host MCU controls each extension state transfer and transmits data with the slave MCUs, to realize the system function of wind speed and direction correction, data display, and data transmission. Design and experimental results show, system designed to achieve measurements of three-dimensional wind speed and direction. Adapted to the field of meteorology work to a certain, reduce application costs. With a range the system in the field of wind speed and direction measurement has application prospects and higher value. |
