Spiraea L.is part of the Spiraea ubfamily of Rosaceae,in the Northern Hemispheretemperate, subtropical, sub-arctic mountain.There are around145kinds,Tree species inHeilongjiang Province recorded a total of more than50species of Spiraea, thedistribution of17kinds of variants in Heilongjiang Province, including five kinds ofcultivated species.In this paper, study the Spiraea leaf epidermal micromorphology of15species of woody plants in Heilongjiang by using scanning electronmicroscopy.Results are as follows:(1) In the observation of the15kinds of materials, the upper and lower surfacesof leaves have waxy,Stomas are located in the leaves of the lower epidermis,thetrichome in the S.pubescens Turcz.,S.aquilegifolia Pall.,、S.flexuosa Fisch.ex Camb、S.sericea Turcz.、S.salicifolia Linn.、S.trichocarpa Nakai.、S.media Schmidt. of7materials of the up leaves epidermis.The leaf trichomes distribution in theS.aquilegifolia Pall.、 S.flexuosa Fisch.ex Camb, S.sericea Turcz.、S.thunbergli Sieb.exBl, S.salicifolia Linn.、S.trichocarp-a Nakai.、 S.media Schmidt. of7materials of thelow leaves epidermis.The trichomes only distribution in the S.thunbergli Sieb.ex Bl andS.trichocarp-a Nakai. of the veins.(2) The type of stomatal apparatus is anomocytic、 cyclocytic and atypicalactinocytic,The5material for S.trilobata Linn.、S.pubescens Turcz.、S.elegan Pojark.、S.canescens D.Don、 S.salicifolia Linn. are anomocytic,the S.vanhouttei Zabel.、S.hypericifolia Linn.、S.flexuosa Fisch.ex Camb,、S.trichocarpa Nakai. for cyclocytic,S.chamaedryfolia Linn., S.thunbergli Sieb.ex Bl and S.fritschiana Schneid. is atypicalactinocytic.(3) The3material for S.hypericifolia Linn.、S.elegan Pojark、S.fritschianaSchneid.of Outer stomatal ledge is double layer.(4) The S.fritschiana Schneid.、 S.trichocarpa Nakai.、 S.elegan Pojark.、S.hypericifolia Linn.、S.chamaedryfolia Linn.、S.trilobata Linn.、S.vanhouttei Zabel.is"T" type thickenin of guard cell poles. (5) The trichomes distributed more of the S.media Schmidt.、S.flexuosa Fisch.exCamb、S.aquilegifolia Pall.,in the up epidermal cells,the S.aquilegifolia Pall. oftrichomes is shortest,the average length is37.95um,the S.pubescens Turcz. oftrichomes is longest,the average length is361.37um.In the low epidermal cells,theS.salicifolia Linn. of trichomes is shortest,the average length is68.88um,the S.flexuosaFisch.ex Camb of trichomes is longest,the average length is645.42um.(6) S.aquilegifolia Pall.、S.flexuosa Fisch.ex Camb、S.sericea Turcz.、S. salicifoliaLinn. and S.media Schmidt. is more suitable in Heilongjiang applied to landscaping.(7) The evolution from Spiraea extent that S.chamaedryfolia Linn. andS.fritschiana Schneid. are evolutionary population.(8) Leaf Epidermis from the point of view,15kinds of materials with irregular ofupper epidermal cells on the main and lower epidermis to the main arc-shaped cells,there are some differences. Stomata are swells style, the type is mainly in the cyclocyticand anomocytic, accompanied by a small amount of non-typical radiation pattern. InTable fur coat distribution and the average length of the table there are somedifferences.
